Joanna Affre, Advocate and Partner at Kochański Zięba Rąpała & Partners.

Ms. Affre supervises the Firm's Competition and Anti-Trust Practice and participates in the Industrial Property Protection and Combating Un-Fair Competition Practices. She heads up the Firm's French Client Desk.

She specializes in Polish and European competition law as well as being experienced in corporate, civil and commercial legal matters. Ms. Affre represents clients from the FMCG, automotive, IT and telecommunication, media and advertising, chemical, food, drugs and beverages, trade and logistics sectors amongst others.

A graduate of the Law Faculty of Wrocław University (1998) she also has post graduate degrees in Community Law from the University of Lyon III and Competition Law from King's College, London.

Ms. Affre is a member of the Warsaw Bar (2006).

She speaks French and English.
