He heads up the Firm’s Corporate and Commercial Department.

Specializing in the full range of corporate, commercial and securities legal services he has advised clients on a range of issues from M&A to multiparty financial and asset restructuring projects, commercial property sale and lease back's and IPO's.  His clients include companies active in the FMCG, food and beverages, media and advertising, chemical, automotive, pharmaceutical, drugs and cosmetics, High-Tech, IT, real estate and military sectors amongst others, as well as banks and financial institutions.

He is recommended for Corporate Law matters in Poland by the prestigious PLC Which Lawyer Year Book 2009.

A graduate of the UMCS University in Lublin (1999) he is a member of the Warsaw Bar of Legal Counselors (1999).
